Behind the cartoonish onstage image of Gwar is a literal art factory known as "the Slave Pit" where the design and creation of the bizarre Gwar universe takes place. "The "Art" of Gwar" is a unique retrospective of the art behind the band, and will include paintings and drawings, costumes, stage sets and props created by Gwar artists and members such as Chuck Varga, Don Drakulich, Dave Brockie, Bob Gorman, Scott Krahl, Hunter Jackson, and Matt Maguire.
