I highly recommend getting the iPhone app. It's a little buggy, but it's great for tracking your diet portions.
I also recommend doing your best to choose one of the nutrition phases and sticking to the ratios of protein to carbs to veggies, etc. You'll get in shape and start to look good if you ignore the nutrition plan completely. But if you follow the nutrition plan, you'll get in great shape and you'll see results much sooner (which adds to the motivation).
Also: Your biggest hurdle going into the next couple of weeks is consuming ENOUGH food every day. (I feel like I'm eating constantly and still not getting enough calories every day!)
Good luck!
